The Kerrville Police Department is looking for dedicated men and women interested in an
outstanding career in law enforcement.

Starting salary $38,081.44 at $18.31 per hour. Salary increases in accordance with Pay Step
Plan.

Certificate pay- Intermediate $600, Advanced $900, Masters $1500.

• Must be at least twenty one (21) years of age.
• Must be a High School graduate or possess a GED certificate.
• Basic TCLEOSE Certification Required.
• Twelve week Field Training Program.
• Additional training paid by the department.
• All uniforms and equipment provided.
